Enclosed with this compressed file is a folder called "ECfolder" All of the files you need to explore Expert Consultant are contained in this folder, along with an edited Acrobat version of our users guide. The demo users guide lags behind the current shipping version of EC, but you should be able to apply most of the lessons from the guide to using the current copy. An up-to-date guide with illustrations ships with the current ExpertConsultant. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader, visit our website for a link to Adobe's site, and download the free reader appropriate for your machine. This demo runs off of a standalone FileMaker Pro-based solution. None of the files should be removed from this folder, or improper operation may result. For additional features, drag the two items in the "put in system folder" Ä into your system folder, and then restart your Mac. If you would like to be put on a mailing list for this or other After Hours products, please email us at: sales@afterhoursconsulting.org Or visit our website at: www.afterhoursconsulting.org Please read the users guide prior to using Expert Consultant. Always launch your older version of EC, check every file to determine that all records are accessible (all are "found"), then quit EC. With versions of EC higher than 1.1.1, simply launching the version you are importing from, then quitting is sufficient to prepare EC for proper importing. To launch Expert Consultant, double-click on the Expert Consultant file. Follow on-screen instructions and read your manual. Note: the demo manual may lag behind the current shipping manual. ----- (c)1999 After Hours Consulting, Raleigh, NC, all rights reserved.
